One platform. Two products. Every number in one place.

Know what's happening.
Know what to do next.

ChannelHawk connects Shopify, Amazon, QuickBooks, your ad accounts and your website analytics — then answers the questions you'd otherwise spend Monday morning digging for.

Executive dashboard · all channels, one screen

Your numbers exist. They're just in six different places.

Shopify tells you what sold. Amazon tells you something different. QuickBooks knows what it cost. Google and Meta each claim the same sale. By the time you've stitched it together in a spreadsheet, the week you were trying to fix is already over.

You can't see the whole business

Every channel has its own dashboard and its own definition of revenue. None of them add up to an answer.

You can't tell what's actually working

Ad platforms report on themselves. Margin, returns, and fees live somewhere else entirely.

You can't act fast enough

The report that would have changed your decision arrives two weeks after the decision.

ChannelHawk Platform

One secure data layer. Every product built on it.

ChannelHawk Platform is the connection, permission and AI layer beneath both products. Connect an account once and every product can use it — under the same access controls, the same audit trail, and the same rule: your data is yours.

How the platform works →

Connect once.

Authorize an account and it's available across the platform.

One definition of the truth.

Revenue, margin and spend mean the same thing on every screen.

Permissioned by design.

Read-only where the platform allows it. Revoke access at any time.

Model-agnostic.

Leading AI models, under contracts that forbid training on your data — and swappable without changing your product.

The questions you'd ask a good analyst. Answered in seconds.

These are real questions ChannelHawk answers, not sample prompts.

“Which sales channel grew most profitably last month?”
“Why did revenue drop last week?”
“Is my Google Ads spend producing profitable sales after fees and returns?”
“Which products are quietly losing money?”
“What are the three most important things I should do today?”
“How does this month compare to the same month last year?”

Every answer shows the numbers behind it and where they came from. No black box.

Built for the people running the business, not analyzing it.

Why we built it

Built by an operator who needed it first.

ChannelHawk started as an internal tool. Our founder was running multi-channel commerce businesses and spending the first day of every week assembling a picture of the last one. The tools on the market either required an analyst or answered one channel at a time. So we built the one we wanted — and then other operators asked for it.

“I didn't need another dashboard. I needed someone to tell me which of the fifteen things I could see was worth my Tuesday.”

Founder, ChannelHawk

See it running on your own data.

A 30-minute call. We connect one of your accounts live and show you what ChannelHawk sees. If it doesn't tell you something you didn't already know, we'll say so.
